Coffee beans
Artisan ice cream. We re-roast our whole coffee beans in the workshop before grinding them, to naturally enhance their aroma (we do not use flavourings). Made from raw milk and raw cream bought directly from Walloon farms and pasteurised in our workshop.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, semi-refined cane sugar*, raw cream* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, fresh Belgian egg yolks*, skimmed milk powder*, Kivu coffee* re-roasted in our workshop (fairtrade), carob flour*. 100% organic. 500ml/410g – 120ml/98g.
