Salted butter caramel

Artisan ice cream. Our caramel is made in our workshop. Sikou never uses flavourings, but cooks its own flavours. Made from raw milk and raw cream bought directly from Walloon farms and pasteurised in our workshop.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, semi-refined cane sugar*, raw cream* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, fresh Belgian egg yolks*, skimmed milk powder*, churn butter*, salt, carob flour*. 100% organic. 500ml/380g – 120ml/92g.
