Origin chocolates
Artisan ice cream made from a blend of two fairtrade chocolates from Ecuador (80% cocoa) and Sao Tomé (66% cocoa). Made from raw milk and raw cream bought directly from Walloon farms and pasteurised in our workshop.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, semi-refined cane sugar*, raw Belgian cream* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, Ecuador chocolate (fairtrade) (cocoa 80%) and Sao Tomé chocolate (fairtrade) (cocoa 66%), fresh Belgian egg yolks*, skimmed milk powder*, carob flour*. 100% organic. 500ml/420g.
