Traditional speculoos

Artisan ice cream with traditional Belgian speculoos biscuit. Made from raw milk and raw cream bought directly from Walloon farms and pasteurised in our workshop.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, semi-refined cane sugar*, raw cream* from Walloon farms, pasteurised in our workshop, Belgian speculoos* (wholemeal flour*, white flour*, brown cane sugar*, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat*, honey*, soy flour*, cinnamon*, baking soda), fresh Belgian egg yolks*, skimmed milk powder*, carob flour*. 100% organic. 500ml/430g – 120ml/103g.
